Keeping Residents Informed
The Building Safety Act has introduced new legislation around HRBs, those buildings that are over 18m or 7 storeys. This website provides access to information for residents both specific to the block they live in but also general Health & Safety information as well as explaining the new responsibilities residents have.
The BSR has recently released a public register of HRBs that can be searched using the building’s postcode.
